These are amazing! They have just the perfect sweetness and chocolatiness to them, and making the salted caramel sauce from scratch is worth all the way.

Ingredients:
2 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups chocolate chips
coarse sea salt, for sprinkling
1-1/2 cups caramel topping
